Påre products do not include a right to exchange or return. Mail costs related to the right to withdrawal are covered by the consumer themselves. /p>

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing a reason. The right to withdrawal ends 14 days from when the items are received. You can use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. The effects of withdrawal from contract

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all the payments we have receive from you, including the delivery costs (except for the extra cost if you have chosen a delivery method that differs from the most cost effective standard delivery), without delay and always within 14 days after the notice of withdrawal. We will make the refund using the form of payment you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to something else, and using a mehod that does not cause you additional costs. We may refrain from refunding the payment until we have received the returned goods or until you have shown that you have sent the products back unopened and undamaged, fit for sale. You must return the goods by mail or deliver them to Kirkkotie 5-7, 12400 Tervakoski, during the shop's opening hours, without delay and no later than 14 days after the notice of withdrawal. It is sufficient to send the goods within the 14 days’ withdrawal period. Products returned based on the right of withdrawal

The returned products must be unopened, not tested, not used and still in their original packaging. The products must be intact and fully suitable for selling in order for the withdrawal from the contract to be accepted. If the returned product has been used, in violation of the buyer’s statutory duty of care, the company has the right to charge the reduction in the product’s value, up to the full price of the product, as well as expenses resulting from returning the product. After we have received and processed the returned items, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail.

Transport issues and faulty products

If a product was lost during transport or is faulty or not the product you ordered, inform us immediately by sending an e-mail to If the delivery does not match the order or a product is faulty, we must be informed within 14 days from the day the delivery was received. If the package was damaged in the mail, a claim for compensation must be filed immediately with Posti or its international partners (in the case of an international delivery).

Disagreements concerning the sales contract
