The customer is required to provide a receipt or other proof of the transaction when they use the right of withdrawal of the contract or when submitting a reclamation for a faulty product. Right of refund and exchange
Påre products do not include a right to exchange or return. Mail costs related to the right to withdrawal are covered by the consumer themselves. /p>
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing a reason. The right to withdrawal ends 14 days from when the items are received. To use your right to withdrawal please contact us at Hyvinvointi Sulo Oy, Kirkkotie 5-7, 12400 Tervakoski, tel. 02073013909, email@example.com and inform us clearly and in writing that you have decided to exercise this right (for example via mail or e-mail). You can use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To ensure you act within the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notification of withdrawal before the withdrawal period is over.
The effects of withdrawal from contract
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all the payments we have receive from you, including the delivery costs (except for the extra cost if you have chosen a delivery method that differs from the most cost effective standard delivery), without delay and always within 14 days after the notice of withdrawal. We will make the refund using the form of payment you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to something else, and using a mehod that does not cause you additional costs. We may refrain from refunding the payment until we have received the returned goods or until you have shown that you have sent the products back unopened and undamaged, fit for sale. You must return the goods by mail or deliver them to Kirkkotie 5-7, 12400 Tervakoski, during the shop's opening hours, without delay and no later than 14 days after the notice of withdrawal. It is sufficient to send the goods within the 14 days’ withdrawal period. You must pay for the direct costs of returning the goods: for example, a postal parcel in Finland (approx. 5.90 €), or an international package from Sweden to Finland (22.50 €). You are only have to reimburse us for the reduction in the value of the goods if it results from handling of the goods in ways other than what is required to inspect the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
Products returned based on the right of withdrawal
The returned products must be unopened, not tested, not used and still in their original packaging. The products must be intact and fully suitable for selling in order for the withdrawal from the contract to be accepted. If the returned product has been used, in violation of the buyer’s statutory duty of care, the company has the right to charge the reduction in the product’s value, up to the full price of the product, as well as expenses resulting from returning the product. After we have received and processed the returned items, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail.

Transport issues and faulty products
If a product was lost during transport or is faulty or not the product you ordered, inform us immediately by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. If the delivery does not match the order or a product is faulty, we must be informed within 14 days from the day the delivery was received. If the package was damaged in the mail, a claim for compensation must be filed immediately with Posti or its international partners (in the case of an international delivery).
Faulty or defective products
If you have received an incomplete delivery or faulty product, let us know without delay by contacting our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the delivery.
Disagreements concerning the sales contract
If the dispute over a trade agreement cannot be settled through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for settlement. Before turning to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advice service.
The ODR Forum
Through the ODR Forum, a consumer may take his or her dispute concerning a purchase made in an online store to a dispute resolution body, if the seller and the consumer are unable to reconcile the matter on their own. The European Commission's online dispute resolution forum brings together all European dispute resolution bodies. The forum’s name (ODR Forum) comes from the word “online dispute resolution”. The service is available in all official EU languages. For a Finnish consumer who has a dispute with a Finnish online store, contacting consumer counselling is still the most recommended first step.
